All hardware serviced/repaired/purchased by ECO, comes with 30-day warranty. We only guarantee against defects in parts purchased and replaced by ECO for a period of 30 days from the day of service. This limited warranty only applies to computers serviced by ECO and does not guarantee that other problems may or may not arise, or are found during or after the repair. Warranty does not cover any damage caused by abuse or misuse. All replaced parts that are purchased by ECO are guaranteed to be in good working condition. ECO will provide any assistance we can in relation to the guarantees of manufactures
ECO obtains the necessary information needed from you to complete your transaction whenever you purchase a service. This may include but, it is not limited to your name address, telephone number, email address and payment information. ECO may ask for additional information from time to time to complete your order. From your orders/other interactions with us, we obtain information concerning the specific services you purchase. No personal information will ever be given nor will it be sold or used in a personal manor. Your privacy is our utmost concern and we at ECO value your privacy.
Although ECO saves their computer data to prevent data loss. Unless a customer request specific data backup service, each customer is responsible for backing up any and all data stored on their computer before being serviced. ECO is not responsible for any damaged/corrupted data that has happened prior to being serviced pr happened due to faulty/damaged hard drive.
EX: If you bring in your computer wanting RAM added and your hard drive is faulty then ECO is not responsible for your faulty drive. If this happens ECO will contact you about fixing your faulty hard drive at an additional cost.
We at Eco realize that sometimes emergencies happen that are beyond your control and you are not able to pick up your equipment as planned. If this happens to be your situation, please contact us and we will be happy to pick another pick up date. Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs.
Computer parts, hardware, or/and software that are ordered or special ordered must be paid in advance. All special ordered parts are nonrefundable with the exclusion of damaged part due to manufacturer. In the event that you fail to pick up your equipment within 3 days of service completion, a storage fee will be applied to your bill of 2 dollars a day. After 90 days it will be sold to pay your bill.
